Its dance...for nondancers! Modifications for two left feet, challenges for experienced dancers. Each routine has a brief breakdown, routines repeated for 6 week session. Each song a different style. NO experience necessary! You can even turn off your camera! All dance, all hour. 15 minute warm up and cool down rooms for goal setting and community.
