Five mini cardio dance routines and styles of jazz, pom-pom, Latin, Burlesque, and HipHop. 25 minutes of floor work on abs, side, backside! Break down in between songs, challenge and modification options for a completely customers will work out, and we dance in the dark for a truly empowering experience! Ms Vix will be teaching this class!!
