SassiFit Dance Fitness is cardio dance based on the sideline routines of the Denver Nuggets Dancers in styles of jazz, hip hop, burlesque, salsa, and Poms. Each class has 3-5 mini, easy to follow routines, followed by 25 minutes of mat based strength training inspired by yoga, Pilates and floor barre. We use poms as hand weights (because they’re WAY more fun and actually really perfectly weighted- let me know if you’d like a pair, we can get them shipped for just $20). We are based on body positivity and personal development. Our program is about feeling good in your skin right now.
