We'll begin by settling into a couple of calm, restorative postures to activate the relaxation response in the body. From there, we will journey into some free movement exercises and slow flow asana. Eventually, we will build up to some strengthening-building and balancing poses and end with powerful pranayama to propel you into the day with full, radiant energy.
