Description

[Roll & Recover] Roll your holding muscles. Get a grip by massaging your hand muscles, all the way up your arms, into your shoulders and upper back, and around to your lats. Let go of the tension from lifting weights, carrying kiddos, or bracing laundry baskets. (Note: This was recorded from a live class, you'll hear me talk to the folks attending. There's mild mic crackling.)
