Roll Model® Method (30) There are many ways to incorporate therapy balls into your movement routines. This class takes clients through a different Roll Model® Method rolling sequence each week to encourage clients to become a student of their own body and use the therapy balls more frequently through out their week on their own. I recommend using Roll Model® therapy balls. We typically use the Original Yoga Tune Up®. Classes taught by Roll Model Practitioner Missy Tillman and/or Megan Ciccoline White.
