A mindful mix-up of intentional movement and breath paired with self-massage rolling and concluding with restorative options! Come ready to use all sorts of props and support, including chairs, walls, bolsters, foam rollers, yoga therapy balls, blocks , small hand weights and straps, as we explore developing strength, balance and flexibility through our asana postures. This class is an all-level experience and can be customized to meet you where you are.
