Give your body and mind a break in this foam rolling class to help you improve joint range of motion; Correct muscle imbalances; Relieve muscle soreness and joint stress; and Relax muscles. Foam rolling will follow a series of stretches to lengthen out the connective tissues and bring more elasticity to your muscles.
