Description

If you want an effective 30 minute workout to start your day, this class is for you. This full-body workout is Tabata inspired. That means we will be moving through both cardio and strength movements quickly. Numerous options will be given so that you can pick your level of intensity. Mornings are a busy time, so class will start promptly. I look forward to starting my day with you!
