Yoga guidance will wake up your mind, muscles, and lungs. You'll leave feeling stronger, more focused, and empowered to take on the day! Grab your bud (optional) & water and let's hit those mats! This class is taught from the convenience of my home to show you how an at home work out using your own body weight is all you need for your Yoga Journey. I recommend using the warm up room for journaling 3-5 things you are grateful for this morning to give you grounding.
