Description

Strengthen your core - abs and back muscles and everything in between - pretty much that muscles that hold us up in good posture. We combine core and glute strength exercises ending with a full body stretch to release tight muscles so you can feel good and relaxed, ready for the day!

Equipment Required

Exercise Mat and a pillow (for support) Stability Ball, chair at times
