Feeling stressed? Use this class to relax, unwind, and allow your self a restorative session of selfcare through yoga. Here we will use props to allow our bodies to lay in supported yoga postures while focusing on mindful breathing and movement. Make sure to have a space in which you will not be disturbed. Props are highly suggested and you may substitute pillows if you do not have blocks/bolsters readily available.

Equipment Required

Mat, 2 blocks, bolster(can use pillows), blanket, strap (optional).

You can cancel up to 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. If you cancel, you will receive Moxie Credits which can be used with any instructor. Out of courtesy, please cancel as early as you can.
