Description

Forrest Yoga is an intense practice that is rarely thought of as "restorative," but Forrest Yoga can be practiced in a restorative fashion. This practice will feature directed breathing and intention with poses that help us relax, open, and connect to the areas where we typically hold the most tension: hips, chest/shoulders, mid-back, and neck. Intentions will focus on breath, softening, receiving, healing, and connecting to sensation.
