The intention of this class is to fully let go and unwind. We will be practicing a gentle combination of Yin and Restorative yoga to activate the relaxation response in the body, let go of physical and mental tension, and feel recharged and refreshed at the end of the day. Set up your space in a quiet, dark, and warm area free from distractions. We will use long holds and periods of silence to get out of our own heads and become fully present with the body. Props are optional but highly recommended. Bring anything that helps you feel more comfortable, i.e. soft clothing, favorite blanket, scented candles or aromatherapy, etc.

Equipment Required

2-3 Pillows, 1-2 Blankets, and 1-2 Yoga Blocks (optional)
