Description

Get it, “REP” it out! LOL yes you guessed it, its time to get as many repetitions in as we possibly can. Upper Body is a struggle for many of us and that is mostly because we as women tend to have a stronger lower body. Yet I am here to say that those jiggling arms can have several seats because we are ready to build up the Deltoids (shoulder muscles), Lats (back muscle), Pecs (chest muscles), and Bicep and Trisets (upper arm anterior (front) and posterior (back)). Noddle arms Here we come! And yes there are Push-ups 😉

Equipment Required

Light to Medium Dumbbells (5-10lbs) / Certain moves will need Heavy Dumbbell Pair (For Advance) *will always cue what to use and when*
