You'll begin your practice with slow, mindful movement to prepare your body for deeper relaxation. From there, you'll settle into long holds of poses which will ease your body into a gentle lengthening. Now you're ready for the best part! I'll guide you into a few very relaxing, calming, restorative poses followed by a deep, restful savasana.
