Description

You'll begin your practice with slow, mindful movement to prepare your body for deeper relaxation. From there, you'll settle into long holds of poses which will ease your body into a gentle lengthening. Now you're ready for the best part! I'll guide you into a few very relaxing, calming, restorative poses followed by a deep, restful savasana.

Equipment Required

Blanket, blocks, pillow or bolster. If you don't have yoga blocks, bring a few cushions instead.
