Raqs Sharqi is the term for Belly Dance. In this class, we will learn 4/4 shimmies, 3/4 shimmies, the 4 hip drop combo with shimmy, shoulder chugs, upper and lower camels, and more. This is a full-body workout to benefit American India Foundation.
