If you want an effective 30 minute workout that burns calories, then this class is for you. This full-body workout is Tabata inspired. That means we will be moving through both cardio and strength movements quickly. Numerous options will be given so that you can pick your level of intensity. This class is designed to get you in and out, so class will start promptly. I look forward to working out with you!
