With only a few days left in this 10 week program we can’t forget the Quads and The Glutes. Let’s burn the thighs and booty with this superset workout with one exercise after the next to build up the burn before we break. Remember to grab your weights and Booty Band and Let’s go Queens. You will be glad you joined!

Equipment Required

Dumbbells (Heavy 10-20 lbs for Intermediate-Advanced) / (less than 10 lbs for Beginners / Thick Resistance band or Booty Band
