The next best thing to personal training! This is a small group strength training protocol where the Trainer gets to workout with you!. The point is to try to progress every week, get stronger and “tone” some muscles as we do this together day in and day out. We do a 5 day split with specific focus on different muscle groups. This class is for everybody - go at your own pace and make adjustments while still challenging yourself. Safety first always, and HAVE FUN! So turn on your favorite workout music and get lifting!
