Description

Women lifting weights and lifting each other up! I workout with you so I feel what you feel!🔥 Beginners are encouraged to join! Start 1 class a week and add on as you’re ready. We’ve all been there before so no matter where you are starting in your fitness journey this class is for you. I’ll guide and coach you, you work at your own pace, choose your own weights or just use your own body weight, choose your intensity and modify to level down or up as you wish. 30 mins of focused, simple, effective and FUN strength training. Safety first always, so turn on your favorite workout music and get lifting!

Equipment Required

Dumbbells & Resistance Bands; Kettlebells may be used in place of dumbbells. Use of booty band is an option, we use a chair or bench at times
