QStrong is a full body muscle blast where the Trainer gets to workout with you! I will feel what you feel! Think of it as a small group training - we work together, we sweat together, and we have fun! You choose your weights but I encourage you to progress weekly in order to get stronger. This class is for everybody - go at your own pace, and make adjustments as needed while still challenging yourself. Safety first always, so turn on your favorite workout music and get lifting!
Dumbbells & Resistance Bands; Kettlebells may be used in place of dumbbells. Use of booty band is an option, we use a chair or bench at times
