Women lifting weights and lifting each other up! No more random workouts - QStrong is a small group training session with personal training results! Train with us 3x a week and see how much stronger you get! 30 mins of focused, simple, effective yet fun strength training. I workout with you so I feel what you feel!🔥 Work at your own pace, choose your weights or just use body weight, choose your intensity and modify to level down or up as you wish. Time goes quick, so before you know it, you’re done and you feel accomplished! Safety first always.

Equipment Required

You don't have to have all of these but you can use any of these or a combination of dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, any weight you want to use. Optional: workout mat, booty band, small ball or pillow
