Description

This total body workout is a blend of barre, strength training, and mat pilates. Focusing on concentrated movements in each muscle group, you will move to the beat of the music and break a sweat in this high intensity, low impact class.

Equipment Required

Yoga mat, 2-5lb weights, miniband & sliders
