Low impact workouts built for pregnant women. Proper ways to foam roll, stretches to improve aches and pains during pregnancy, and effiecent strength and tone routines with bands and weights. Also ideal for postpartum moms as we will discuss belly breathing and practice proper core engagement during exercise to prevent the rectus abdominal splitting too much.
