A fitness class specifically for expectant and newly post-partum mommas. This class will be lower impact but moderate intensity, will get the heart rate going with cardio and strength rounds, have a focus on mobility and flexibility specifically for the evolving pregnant and post-partum body, and will be diastasis recti safe. Each class will include a focus on strengthening the pelvic floor, with other nutrition and healthy living tips for an active and healthy pregnancy.
Mostly bodyweight, but we will occasionally use dumbbells. Please bring plenty of water. BRING DUMB BELLS FOR 04/08
