The fourth limb of yoga is Pranayama, Yogic Breath. Join me for a 75 minute mini workshop where we will learn a few different pranayama techniques for different situations in your life. This will be a playful practice with real-life applications! it will finish with a gentle guided meditation to get you ready for rest.
