Lengthen and strengthen your entire body in this 45 minute yoga class! Flow breath to movement through sun salutations and a variety of standing postures. Finish class with longer holds to improve mobility in your joints. You'll discover a mix of back bends, forward folds and twists throughout class for a full body workout leaving you feeling energized and balanced.
