Description

This class is a "powered up" version of our Walk for Life class where we alternate intervals of fast paced walking with full body cardio exercises. The moves in this workout are low impact (no joint crushers here!!) BUT high intensity (you will get SUPER sweaty using deep and driving moves). This workout is nearly 100% vertical, with a short abs "finale" at the end and is appropriate for every level when taken at your own pace. This class is best enjoyed with a fast-paced playlist.
