Description

Vinyasa is a style of yoga that connects breath to movement. A Power Vinyasa uses the breath to create heat, power, and energy in the body. You will find this class offers more challenge than a typical vinyasa as you work up a sweat and explore some advanced poses.

Equipment Required

There will be balancing and other advanced poses so we will often use blocks. A stack of books or step stool by could also work!
