Description

This class will teach women why exercise can be the fountain of youth, especially when you focus on keeping the body strong. We will use the stability ball in so many different ways. When they leave my class, they are going to know how to handle their balls by tossing, catching, jumping, and rolling the ball. With the power-up playlist, this class will feel like one big party. This class will show you: why the stability ball is so powerful; how it strengthens the core; how it helps with flexibility and balance. The class format is warm up. circuit training and cool down.

A stability ball, mat, dumbbell weights 8-12 lbs, step, water, towel
