Description

Unlock the grace of a ballerina and the power of a beast as you strengthen and sculpt your legs, butt, abs and arms! Ballet-inspired moves are adapted to fit all bodies in this high intensity, low impact workout. You'll need a mat and something to hold on to for a barre like a chair, back of a couch, wall, etc. and a set of light hand weights (2-5lbs). If you don’t have hand weights, a liter water bottle (or similar) makes a good substitution. All levels are welcome!
