It's the day after fun & feasting! Let's get right back on track. First half-cardio intervals for all levels. You can jump to your heart's content :) or take each cardio interval into a low-impact move. Either way, work at your level to increase your heart rate. Second half of class we'll grab our weights and use our intervals to help us get the most out of a strength and resistance workout. All levels and beginners always welcome.
