Planes of motion are all the planes in which your body can move. There is the Sagittal which are movements of Flexion, Frontal which are movements to the sides (Abduction and Adduction) and Transverse which are your rotational movements. This workout is designed to get the body use to all planes and make it even Steven. Get ready for this HIIT style workout for the full body!
