PiYo LIVE combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility of flowing yoga movements. You'll use your body weight to perform a series of continuous, targeted moves to define every single muscle - big and small. This format is perfect for ALL fitness levels, beginner to advanced. Modifications will also be offered. Set to music, this dynamic, energetic program was designed to provide a full-body workout without straining your body. We like to call it "Yoga on Crack"! LOL We work on all areas: Core, strength, balance, flexibility, and cardio. It's a total body workout and you will see improvements very quickly! This class is 100% low impact, yet still high intensity! You will be sweating from the beginning. And we have FUN! Plan to use a mat, sweat towel and have a full bottle of water. Shoes are optional. (I am always barefoot, but it's personal preference)
** Payment for IN PERSON classes are to be made with Coach Lara in person or other agreed upon method (Not here on Moxie). Please bring your yoga mat, sweat towel, bottle of water and a smile!
