PiYo LIVE combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility of flowing yoga movements. You'll use your body weight to perform a series of continuous, targeted moves to define every single muscle - big and small. This format is perfect for ALL fitness levels, beginner to advanced. Modifications will also be offered. Set to music, this dynamic, energetic program was designed to provide a full-body workout without straining your body. We like to call it "Yoga on Crack"! LOL We work on all areas: Core, strength, balance, flexibility, and cardio. It's a total body workout and you will see improvements very quickly! This class is 100% low impact, yet still high intensity! You will be sweating from the beginning. And we have FUN! Plan to use a mat, sweat towel and a have a full bottle of water. Shoes are optional. (I am always barefoot, but it's personal preference)
