Description

This class will work to balance all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. We'll use 2 small weights (optional) and 1 medium to large weight (optional). A mat class is a challenging and safe way to tone your body and feel amazing.
