'Pilates Int’ (45 min) follows the classical order of Pilates level 2, introducing some level 3 exercises on the mat. Students will see the results of increased strength, balance, and coordination from this fun and invigorating class. Prior Experience required. Classes taught by Pilates Teacher, Megan Ciccoline White.
