'PILATES MAT- INTRO LEVEL' (45 MIN) INTRODUCES STUDENTS TO PILATES BASIC 5 AND BASIC 10 SEQUENCE. STUDENTS WILL SEE THE RESULTS OF INCREASED STRENGTH, BALANCE, AND COORDINATION FROM THIS FUN AND INVIGORATING CLASS. THIS STUDENT IS GREAT FOR STUDENTS WITH NO PRIOR PILATES EXPERIENCE.
