'Pilates Mat I/II’ Students will see the results of increased strength, balance, and coordination from this fun and invigorating class. Students are encouraged to have prior Pilates experience . Classes taught by Pilates teacher Megan Ciccoline White.

Equipment Required

No required but the following props could be helpful for modifications as needed. Optionals: small pillow/ coregeous® ball, foam roller, magic circle, theraband.
