Description

PILATES: ( 15+beginners +seniors) Great way to strengthen your core,spine,glutes, legs and upper body. We will use weights (2-5 pounds) and therapy bands ( optional). Mostly You will use your body as equipment . It will strengthen your whole body also helps to reduce weights . It will tone your muscles and improve your balance.

Equipment Required

Yoga mat, yoga blocks, weights 2-5 pounds ( optional) and therapy band
