P90X LIVE EXPRESS is a total-body, strength-training class, featuring two unique blocks of work: One focused on Lower-Body Strength and the second on Upper-Body Strength. Start your weekend with this express strength session that offers a focused and efficient approach to lifting weights so you don't waste a precious minute! This class is absolutely adaptable to all fitness levels. Dumbbells are recommended, but we can make do with light weights, kettlebells, soup cans, or even your pet. Just give it a try!
