Description

This is a 60 minute vinyasa style stretching strength training, and mobility class. Perfect for beginner and/or intermediate yogis. Each yoga pose is held for a total of 20-40 seconds. This class will leave you feeling relaxed and you will be able to move better and have less joint pain.
