This 65 minute Vinyasa class is a sweet and condensed flow perfect for those who are familiar with foundational yoga poses and ready to play. Modifications will be provided for a variety of experience levels. Expect to be lead in a straightforward, intelligent sequence with clear and concise cues, with space to focus on your own practice. Grab two yoga blocks or books and be ready to breathe, move, play and grow! This class is not suggested for absolute beginners.
