Classically inspired, New York tested. This class dives deeper into Pilates mat exercises with a focus on form, technique, stability and core strength.

Equipment Required

Mat required. Please check chat box once you enter the warm up room to see what additional prop is needed, if any. Some props include light hand weights (or soup cans/water bottles), small pilates ball (or pillow/roll of paper towels) and yoga block (or hardcover book).
