45 Minute (let's be honest, it's 50 minutes) Full body, heart pounding, sweaty workout. Class begins with a 10 minute "warm-up" Followed by three intense 10 minutes increments of hard work! Don't worry you get one minute breaks between sections. We close class with 5 minutes of ab work. You Got This!
