30 minutes dance fitness plus 25 minutes mat-based strength training inspired by yoga, Pilates, and floor barre. Each dance fitness song is a different style of choreography, broken down into manageable pieces. No dance experience required. Two left feet welcome!

Equipment Required

Optional but suggested: yoga mat, light hand weights, poms (included in all memberships, including two week trial)
