Wake up, meditate, stretch, move and flow. Independent of your level of yoga practice in this class you'll stretch & explore range of motion in your neck, upper back, middle and lower back. You'll flow through standing postures and sun salutations, standing & seated poses to bring strength and flexibility to your back and spine. Optional props incl. strap, blocks, blanket or towel.
