Description

MXT is Moxie's interval based, full body strength and conditioning style class controls your heart rate using carefully curated intervals to allow you to achieve the desired stimulus of the workout (power, strength, hypertrophy, and endurance.)

Equipment Required

All movements can be modified to cater to your experience level. Barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, cardio machines, medicine balls, TRX, bands, sliders etc.
